Michael Gordon
Principal and Executive Director
Michael has had 30 years experience as a sharemarket analyst. He has managed a number of research teams, and for 10 years, was the owner of Australian Equities Research Pty Ltd, at the time, Australia's leading independent producer of sharemarket research and analysis for retail stockbrokers. This experience as both an analyst and business owner has given him an excellent appreciation of the issues of driving and managing growth.
During his career, he has researched and followed numerous companies in most industrial and financial sectors. He has constructed financial models, interviewed management and competitors, researched markets and industries, visited numerous manufacturing facilities and analysed financial, legal, technical and innumerable other reports. Michael has also written business plans and information memoranda for a wide variety of businesses. His particular strength lies in being able to quickly grasp the big picture, especially from complex and difficult information.

John W Cornelius
Senior Analyst
John has been involved in the natural resources, enterprise development, petroleum and mining industries in various director, manager and corporate secretarial roles for public listed and non-listed Australasian and International companies for 40 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, FAICD, Senior Associate of FinSIA and MPESA.
Since establishing his own consultancy in 1993, John has been involved in enterprise development and corporate communications, including pubic company IPO's for oil and gas exploration, mineral sands, gold, and commercialised businesses in the medical equipment, marketing advertising and biodiesel industries.
More recently he has been involved in project evaluation and international minerals market analysis for leading banks and evaluation and valuation of major resource projects in iron ore, magnetite, offshore oil and gas, Lithium brine Argentina, molybdenum, diamonds and coal.

Stuart Glazebrook
Senior Analyst
Stuart is a resources industry professional with nearly 20 years experience in local and international resources and equity markets.
With a strong background in exploration and mining, equity capital markets, corporate finance and investment banking, Stuart specialises in providing research, strategic development, technical and communications advice to public and private companies focusing on the resources sector.

Simon Oaten
Senior Analyst
Simon has 15-years plus experience in researching companies (independent research providers, plus various broking houses). He is a Geologist by training, and worked in the field for 7-years. Simon has a Masters Degree in Finance, and understands the various techniques for the valuation of oil & gas production, development and exploration properties. He has also researched listed infrastructure companies, coal assets and various "interesting" small industrial companies. Simon is passionate about markets, and characterises himself as a deep-value investor.
